Our Clinic
SMART Pediatrics provides occupational therapy in a variety of environments, including our brand new clinic in Stamford, CT. Sessions are playful with a focus on helping the child feel confident and secure. Our sessions might look like all fun (so that the child is motivated), but each activity is carefully constructed and analyzed to challenge your child's neurological system.
By challenging this system, your child is building a strong sensory motor foundation. This foundation makes it easier to build skills related to thinking, moving, and emotional regulation. Our unique approach combines sensory integration with reflex integration exercises, helping us address so many different underlying issues. With each success, your child will grow in self-confidence and pride. These skills have a lifetime of benefit, but begin at SMART Pediatrics with our seemingly simple play-based activities.
